I was a full-time hospital dietitian just trying to make an extra $1K/month on the side of my clinical duties. That side hustle grew fast…to $30K months while I was still working full time. But behind the scenes I was a maxed out mess….40–50 calls a week, nonstop 1:1 clients and completely burned out.

I hit a point where I had to change my entire business model, stay stuck or hire a big team I didn’t want to manage.​ Here’s what I did instead:

I stopped booking calls. I rebuilt my business into a hybrid "schmedium" membership based recurring model using:
• digital products

• medium ticket (easier yes's!) subscription offers that recur monthly
• automations for all the tedious, repetitive work
• chat/text/voice note coaching & sales systems to keep the 1:1 feel/touch

And everything changed. I sold faster. I fixed client issues faster. Everyone was honestly happier!!!!​ I also: 

• Free’d up 80%+ of my time (went from no white space on my calendar to almost a completely blank calendar!
• Scaled past $100K/months (before ads) with all organic content on FB/IG.
• Nearly $7M in total sales over the last few years (I still run this same system with a few 2026 tweaks!)

I’m just a small town girl that had zero biz skills but a goal to become debt free and give my kids more opportunities in life. And here’s the proof of what this system has done for me over the last 5 years.
